Summer Bar/Waiting Staff

Summer Bar/Waiting Staff Required – Ideal For Students

  • Kent and Sussex – 7 gastro pubs

  • Full time or Part time - various shifts including weekend work/evening work and split shifts


The Role

We are looking for experienced casual waiting staff, during the summer months to cover holiday time, ideally students!

Experienced Bar/Waiting Staff Required

  • Kent and Sussex – 7 gastro pubs
  • Excellent Salary/Tips/Pension
  • 45 hours per week - various shifts including weekend work/evening work and split shifts
  • Live in is available at a cost of £2,000 per year

The Role

You must enjoy working as part of a team ensuring that our guests’ needs are met at all times, greeting both our regulars and new guests with a smile and warm welcome as if it’s the first time you have seen them.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a similar UK environment is essential - along with a genuine interest in food and drink.

Cocktail Bartender - The Farm House

Glass Collector - The Farm House

  • Kent and Sussex – 7 gastro pubs
  • Excellent Salary
  • 18 hours per week - various shifts including weekend work/evening work and split shifts

The Role

  • Bars can be busy and fast-paced, particularly late at night and on weekends. You will be required to pick up empty beverages in order to maintain both the smooth running of the business and the look of the venue.
  • A glass collector roams the site, collecting all the empty glasses and bottles from the customers' tables and returning them to the bar in a timely fashion.
  • You may also be required to partake in cleaning duties to maintain the look and hygiene of the bar and general area.
  • The right candidate should also be prepared to assist customers if needed.


The Person

  • Must be willing to work under pressure and must be punctual as well as active, since the work involves a lot of physical movement. Glass collectors must also have good communication skills so they can deal with customers.
  • Should be enthusiastic, fluent in English, organised and a quick learner.
  • Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Part Time Bar/Waiting Staff - The Dirty Habit - 30 hours
